Biography

Lori is currently the IT Training and Support Manager at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. Her main responsibilities are developing and conducting technology training for all employees of the firm, and overseeing the daily Help Desk activities. These responsibilities include providing end users with the opportunities to develop their technology skills in a way that enhances productivity and efficiency. She also provide assistance with escalated help desk issues, and oversee the administration and maintenance of our tracking software. She interacts daily with the legal staff on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and improve workflow processes.
